I think it's an interesting argument - there's been a lot of shit happening lately (and not just with Torrentspy, many P2P sites have closed). Sure, new ones spring up but it's a pain. I use Mininova and I only do that because I feel pissed off with movie tix and DVD prices. But, at the same time, I know I'm causing these prices by using torrents - vicious circle. Nothing in this world is 100% guaranteed apart from death, so until you can say that torrent sites are right up there with death, then you can't be sure that they're not going anywhere.
